Hotel is located in a fairly rundown area. I did not feel very safe at night in the parking lot or in the public areas of the hotel. Cable in room does not work will, lights, not clean right, had the room key reeked every night to get in my room, will not stay here again, will not recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but it is a lot farther from downtown Chicago than I thought. I ended up having to rent a car to get from downtown to my hotel.
